WA ECU Paramedic Student Program

WA Student Ambulance Officer is a perfect career option for people who want to be employed and paid while studying. They recruit about 100 paramedics per year:

·         During first year of study at Edith Cowan University (ECU), you undertake an unpaid study component

·         After completing the first year of your Paramedical Science Degree, you become a paid St John Ambulance Employee, earning an annual salary of up to $65K

·         You become a Qualified Paramedic within four years.

WA Registered Nurse to Paramedic Program

·         Program Length: 12 months

·         Annual Salary: around $65K

·         Minimum Requirement: a Bachelor degree in Nursing (or equivalent) + 2 year post registration acute care work experience + a full C class driver's license.
