Selection Process

The recruitment process begins once the submission of the application via the recruitment website (every part of the application must be completed). The application will be assessed against the minimum qualifications required. If shortlisted, applicants will attend a telephone interview or assessment day depending on the job.

Cadet Pilot:

Day 1

·         Math and Physics test

·         English test


Day 2

·         Psychomotor test

Prior to foundation

·         Group exercise and Interview

More details about the programme will be given during the presentation on the first day of the assessment centre.


Selection to the Etihad program is highly competitive, only high performers will be accepted into the program. For this reason, we recommend you contact us as soon as you’re ready to apply.

We will help you achieve strong scores in your Math, Physics and English test as well as prepare you for the psychomotor testing. PATS will help guide in doing well for the group interview and the exercise process. We’ll work with you on the basis that you will only have one attempt at the selection process and that a strong test score is critical for success.
